Yesterday Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo made another rare appearance together at the vet's office, where they took Vanessa's dog Wookie. As we previously reported, the couple's denied any break-up rumors, but are they just sticking it out for the sake of the pup? We certainly hope it was nothing more than a checkup!
