The best part for me was seeing Drew Lachey come out of the men's room and then trying to inconspicuously follow him around and take his picture. Ava blew my cover when she went up to him and hugged his leg and called him Daddy in Minnie Mouse's kitchen. He didn't think I was cool. Oh well, he is like five foot in person.

Nick Lachey Takes a Backseat to His Driver

Follow the source for the video
Nick Lachey is used to living in someone else's shadow -- just not his driver's.
This lady thought Nick's chauffeur was the big star outside of LAX -- and even laid a wet one on the guy. Guess this is why Nick's people don't target him to the women over 40 category.

MTV to showcase SCPA

MTV's newest stars are attending Cincinnati's School for Creative & Performing Arts.
The cable network Tuesday approved Nick Lachey's proposal to make a TV series at his alma mater. He shot two pilots here, in March and this fall.
"We're very excited. This will be a great opportunity to showcase our great programs and our great students," said Isidore Rudnick, SCPA artistic director.
MTV said the "untitled performing arts reality project" will show "some of the most talented teenagers in the nation as they balance the enormous pressures of pursuing their dreams while navigating their way through ... high school."
The series will air next year likely as one-hour dramas, a spokesperson said. The number of episodes has not been determined.
Producers are focusing on about 10 students at the Over-the-Rhine school, Rudnick said in October. Main story lines will include a ballerina, hip-hop dancer and a potential Broadway performer.
MTV crews have been filming on and off since August in classes, at lunch, and before and after school. Cameras have captured "the ups and down, the adulation and tears, and that moment when (students) risked it all."
Lachey, 35, who starred in MTV's "Newlyweds" reality series, secured permission for the project last December from SCPA and Cincinnati Public Schools. A pilot shot in March was redone because too many students in the show graduated in June, Lachey said in July.
The schools will be paid $10,000 for the pilot, and $10,000 for each episode, according to MTV's contract with the district.

Nick Lachey works to help feed America
Early in life, Nick Lachey wanted a career in sports medicine. But he couldn't dismiss his special musical talents so easily, and while a student at Miami University in Ohio, he helped launch the supergroup 98 Degrees. Now out on his own, Lachey continues to compose and perform worldwide, and is also an accomplished actor with many TV credits.
Currently, he is working with V8, which has teamed up with Feeding America's National Produce Program to launch the Make Every Serving Count campaign. This program will help provide more than 30 million servings of fresh vegetables and fruit to those in need. Purchasing V8 100% Juices and Campbell's V8 soups through February helps support the brand's $1 million donation. For more info: www.V8counts.com and www.nicklachey.com
Q . How can the average person help Feeding America?

A . By supporting the V8 brand and enjoying the products, anyone can help. V8 has new soups on the shelves, plus the Fusion blends of juices, so it's easy to find something delicious for the entire family.
Q . You're in great shape, muscular and tough. How do you watch your diet to stay fit?
A . In a daily diet, moderation is the key. You hear that all the time, but it's true. I basically stick to a lower carb diet, but don't feel guilty about having occasional snacks. I have a gym at my home, and I make time for regular workouts.
Q . Tell us about your favorite comfort foods.
A . I can't eat it every day, but I am a huge ice cream fan. I also love Snyder's pretzels, and always put my Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies in the freezer.
