Drew Lachey will host Cincinnati’s first region-wide choral competition, April 9 at the Aronoff Center.
The competition features choirs from 10 local companies, including Procter & Gamble, Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, Kroger Co., Duke Energy, Fifth Third Bank, GE Aviation, Humana, Horsehoe Casino, American Modern Insurance and TriHealth.
Another “wild card” team will be chosen by fan vote on YouTube beginning March 17. Any group can form a choir and enter by submitting a video to CincySings@TheArtsWave.org. For more information, visit www.theartswave.org/CincySingsWC.
The competition raises money for the ArtsWave Community Campaign.
Tickets for the event, which begins at 7 p.m., range from $20 to $50, and are on sale at www.cincinnatiarts.org/events/detail/cincysings.
