Nick & Vanessa Lachey Cuddle Critters Down Under

It's good practice for parenthood! 

Nick Lachey and his expectant wife Vanessa cradled the critters at Sydney'sTaronga Zoo this week, and shared photos of the experience onTwitter. 

"Giving & getting some Love at the Sydney Zoo!" they both Tweeted, sharing a collage of their meet-and-greet. The couple, who are expecting theirfirst child later this year, posed next to a koala and shared a close-up of a nosey kangaroo. 

In a few months, the pair will be cooing over an entirely different animal: a newborn!
