Ninety eight degrees is pretty hot, but former boy bander Jeff Timmons donning nothing but a bow tie and some booty shorts is a whole lot hotter (I mean, we imagine). TMZ reports that Timmons, a founding member of 'I Do (Cherish You)' hit-makers 98 Degrees, has signed up for a special four week run with the strip/dance crew Chippendales in Las Vegas.
The singer, 37, will shake his moneymaker at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino from May 12 through June 5, according to a press release on the man-dancing revue's website. The release promises "the temperature will rise" when Timmons "flexes his vocal chords and muscles" as the act's guest star and emcee.

"In addition to selling more than 15 million albums worldwide, 98 Degrees produced such mega-hits as 'The Hardest Thing,' 'I Do (Cherish You),' 'Invisible Man,' 'Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche),' 'Because of You' and the number one hit single featuring Mariah Carey 'Thank God I Found You,'" the release touts. "The group also collaborated with legend Stevie Wonder on 'True to Your Heart' from Disney's hit animated feature Mulan. 98 Degrees' albums have reached gold or platinum status in more than sixty countries around the world."
Timmons will hit the stage Thursday through Sunday nights. Do what you must to prepare.
In the meantime, look back fondly on Timmons and the rest of the 98 Degrees crew with their best jam (that isn't 'Give Me Just One Night'), 'The Hardest Thing,' below:
