CINCINNATI -- Chad Ochocinco and his Dancing With The Stars partner Cheryl Burke were in Cincinnati this week.
9News caught up with them at their practice facility. The couple is working on two routines for this Monday's show.
Chad paid a visit to his coaches and teammates at Paul Brown Stadium Thursday night.
He says he was ready for the worst kind of ribbing about his "twinkle toes."
“Nobody said anything, which is funny,” said Ochocinco. “I expected Comedy Central.”
A Dancing With The Stars camera was on hand. What did they see? Find out Monday night on Dancing With The Stars at 8 p.m. on Channel 9 – and when we give you more of the interview on 9News starting at 5 p.m.
Former Dancing With The Stars champion Drew Lachey was also in town Friday to host a fundraiser at the Cintas Center.
"Dance for Joy" included a silent auction and raffle to raise money for Camp Joy.
Lachey was a camp counselor there when he was a teenager.
The summer camp for underprivileged children lets them explore many things they're not familiar with. It's always a unique experience.
"When you take these kids out of Over-the-Rhine, Avondale and these areas that aren't necessarily the greatest and you put them out there in paradise. The trees, fishing in ponds, hiking in the woods, canoeing. And they're just in heaven and their eyes light up and it changes them,” said Lachey.
9News anchor Tanya O'Rourke was the emcee for the event
Three winners of the raffle also had a chance to dance with Drew at the event.
