n this photo released by Mattel, multi-platinum recording artist Nick Lachey unveils a one-of-a-kind jeweled Hot Wheels car, designed by celebrity jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills, Friday, Feb. 15, 2008 in New York, at the Mattel Showroom during the American International Toy Fair. Weighing in at nearly 23 carats, the car, the most expensive in Hot Wheels history, was made in honor of the production of the 4 billionth Hot Wheels car and to celebrate the brand's 40th anniversary.
