CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the Grand Illusions Roasts that benefit Ohio Cancer Research Associates. They will celebrate the milestone by putting Cincinnati's most prolific restaurateur in the hot seat at The Roasting of Jeff Ruby. Celebrity roasters like 11-time Emmy Award Winner Cris Collinsworth and Nick Lachey will dish truths, untruths and everything in-between about their favorite Cincinnatian.

"This is for a really great cause, one that's particularly important to me. It's a chance to have a laugh at my expense to raise funds for a worthwhile organization," Ruby said.

The sold out event will be held at the Westin Hotel Downtown on Thursday, April 14th, and will be emceed by iconic sportscaster Brent Musberger and feature other celebrities like Coaches Marvin Lewis, Dusty Baker, Brian Kelly & Butch Jones, NFL Hall of Famer Paul Hornung, as well as Hall of Famer Marty Brennaman, former Oakland Raiders star and Super Bowl Champ Phil Villapiano and Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory. The evening will open with a special video roast from Governor John Kasich.

"These roasters should keep in mind that I have way more dirt on them than they have on me…and yes, I'll get my turn at the podium," Ruby kidded. "Seriously, though, I'd encourage everyone to come out and support the event. It will be an entertaining evening."
