LISA LOPES (LEFT EYE)
Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes was a caring, creative, diverse and talented Grammy award winning artist and humanitarian. She became one of the most important trendsetters in the 1990s music scene. With the success of TLC, Lopes, Tionne "T-Boz' Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas put Atlanta on the map and became the top album-selling female group in music history. In the late 1990's she traveled to the impoverished Central American country of Honduras for the first time, and soon made it her second home. She was drawn to the country's natural beauty, holistic healing, and most of all to its people. When she passed away in 2002, she was in the process of working on her dream of establishing a non-profit educational and medical center on property she owned near the coastal cities of La Ceiba and Jutiapa. Her legacy and dream forever lives on through the on-going efforts and progress LLF.

LISA LOPES FOUNDATION (LLF)
Headquartered in Stone Mountain, Georgia, the Lisa Lopes Foundation (LLF) was developed in 2003. The Foundation was inspired by Lisa's dream of building a children's home on land she purchased in Honduras. The family opened Lisa's Home of Love (Hogar De Amor), a 10,000 sq. ft. residential facility, four years after she passed away. LLF transforms communities by providing access to Basic Health, Education, Self-Awareness and Recreational Programs for children living in low-income communities within the US and underdeveloped communities within Central America. LLF programs center on developing and reinforcing life skills in Healthy Lifestyles, Financial Literacy, Career Development, Civic and Social Responsibility, and Cultural Arts and Awareness.
